Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: [Effective Date]
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SermonEase paid plans.
1. Subscription Billing
SermonEase offers subscription plans that renew automatically unless canceled.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal or by contacting support.
When you cancel, you will generally keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
3. Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
However, we may consider refunds in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental billing errors
- Technical issues that prevented use of the paid service
- Other circumstances we determine are fair and reasonable
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
4. Free Trials
If SermonEase offers a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged for the selected plan.
5. Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, billing changes may be handled by Stripe according to the subscription settings in effect at the time.
Plan changes may result in prorated charges or credits depending on Stripe configuration.
6. No Refunds for Misuse
We do not provide refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact:
support@sermonease.com
Please include:
- Account email

- Reason for the request
We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
8. Payment Processor
